Four shepherds have been left isolated in a stable with livestock. There are also problems in the Shalës area, where the Pavllë River has overflowed its banks, isolating six villages in the Markat administrative unit. The Delvinë–Muzinë axis has been blocked due to landslides.

Even in Fier, along the Kashisht, Çerven and Ferras areas, the presence of water within the Vjosa embankment has increased the risk of flooding. The wells that supply drinking water to the Kafaraj station are under water, which has increased the uncertainty of the area's supply.

Drowned livestock are reported in Leshnja and water is present in several residential yards near Vlocisht. The Dunavec River has burst its banks in two places, flooding large agricultural areas.

In Pustec, there is a risk of streams emerging on the Doganë–Goricë e Vogël road, as well as the presence of inert materials on the Zvezdë–Goricë axis.
