It was the evening of June 12, 2023, when Giuseppe Tucci , a 34-year-old from Foggia, was barbarically attacked outside a disco in Frontemare in Rimini by the 29-year-old Albanian,  Klajdi Mjeshtri .

Tucci died a few days later.

A year later, father Claudio continues to mourn with his wife Lella Pignataro:  I can't go to the cemetery .

Today, June 12, a mass will be held in Rimini in memory of the firefighter who is no longer alive. On Thursday the same thing will be held in Foggia.

"But I," says the father, "can't go to the cemetery. And if I go, because of my wife's insistence, I don't give up, I like to think that my son is still alive".

Now Claudio Tucci's concern is the outcome of the process. The master is in prison and for the Prosecutor's Office of Rimini and prosecutor Davide Ercolani, is guilty of premeditated murder.

The next hearing is scheduled for June 26, "but the defense is wild," says the father, " they claim that my son was drunk and that this played a role in his death." The judge has appointed a coroner primarily who will have to assess Giuseppe's cause of death. I can't accept it, how can you think to understand why he died? He was killed by a deranged person ."
