Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted with ironic tones to the criticisms and accusations of protesters regarding the draft law related to the purchase of land by persons from European Union countries, describing opponents as misinformers and incapable of reading the content of the law.

In a post on "Facebook", Rama quoted the verses of Father Gjergj Fishta: "If Albanians never do good, if ignorance and pride go together like the body and the shadow," while ironizing a statement against the draft law, which he described as "anti-national" and which, according to critics, violates the country's sovereignty.

"For God's sake, look who will save you from me, a patriot who can't read a law with 10 articles," Rama writes.

Rama explained that this is one of the draft laws related to the negotiation process for Albania's membership in the European Union and that its provisions will enter into force only seven years after the country's membership in the EU.

According to Rama, after membership, citizens of EU countries will have the right to purchase land in Albania, just as Albanians will be able to purchase property in other EU countries.

"With entry into the EU, Albania will be as big as the EU and the EU will be as small as Albania," Rama writes.

???????????????In fact, this is one of the draft laws of the negotiation process, which as you can read comes into force 7 years after Albania's entry into the European Union, when land can be sold to European invaders in Albania, just as it can be bought by Albanian invaders in Europe, because with entry into the EU Albania will be as big as the EU and the EU will be as small as Albania❤️????❤️
