A person was injured with a knife after a fight, a 39-year-old man was arrested

A conflict that occurred yesterday evening in the "Barrikadë" neighborhood in the city of Berat ended with the use of knives and the injury of one person. The perpetrator, Aleandro Toska, has been arrested.

The injured person is out of danger, while the conflict started for weak motives.

" He stabbed a citizen during a conflict for weak motives. Thanks to the quick response of the Police, the suspected perpetrator was caught and put in handcuffs."

Immediately after receiving the notification that a citizen had been injured with a cutting tool (knife) in the "Barrikadë" neighborhood, the services of the Berat Police Commissariat organized the work and went to the scene.

As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions, it was possible to identify and capture the suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen AT, 39 years old, resident of Berat.

Investigations suspect that this citizen, yesterday evening, in the "Barrikadë" neighborhood, during a conflict for weak motives, injured citizen DN, 48 years old, with a cutting tool (knife), who is out of danger to his life.

"The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Berat, for further action ," the police statement said.
