The author of the attack on officer Admir Okaj has surrendered to the Shkodra Police. According to the Blues, Ormir Gucia injured the policeman with hard tools on the head.

"Regarding the information previously provided, according to which the citizen OG, 47 years old, injured the citizen AO, 49 years old, (police officer) on the head with hard objects, we inform you that after the control and pressure of the Police, The 47-year-old has surrendered himself to the Shkodër Police Station," the official announcement states.

We recall that the event was reported around 4:00 p.m. this Monday. In advance, it is suspected that the cause was a momentary conflict between them, while it is worth noting that the officer was off duty at the time of the violence.
