A clash occurred tonight in Fier between police forces and the people of Agron Kapllanaj, the former mayor of Ballsh, while five people were escorted tonight.

It is learned that BKH officers and operational force employees were on duty and set up a drone at the entrance to Fier that flew near the businesses of builder Shkëlqim Kapllanaj, a relative of Agron Kapllanaj, former mayor of Ballsh and former exponent of the Democratic Party.

Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the incident occurred around 9:00 PM in the 1 Maji neighborhood when the situation became tense and then construction business employees are reported to have physically clashed with the Operational Forces.

Preliminary information suggests that witnesses during police questioning said that the fight started over the improper parking of several vehicles near the businesses of builder Shkëlqim Kapllanaj, while someone else also mentioned the use of a drone.

The Operational employees filed a report alleging assault due to duty.

Sources from the National Bureau of Investigation say that none of their agents were involved in the clash. The BKH says that an agent was present at the scene, as they are divided into districts for electoral crime, but that the agent was not involved in this incident.
