The person you see in these photos is the man who allegedly placed the amount of tritol on the door of the apartment rented by the two sisters Giovana and Alda Nikolli, in Elbasan.

In this serious event, which disturbed the peace of the morning of July 13 in Elbasan, a 29-year-old man, Enea Thomollari, the neighbor with the two sisters, the target of this assassination attempt with tritol C4, was seriously injured.

Yesterday, unfortunately, after three months of fighting for his life, in the premises of the Military Hospital in Tirana, the boy Enea Thomollari passed away, who had no conflict either with the Nikolli sisters or with those who ordered and placed the tritol on the door of the house theirs.

Even though there is footage of the suspected perpetrator in the SPAK file, the prosecution has still not been able to identify this serious and unprecedented event.

The author's silhouette, where he appears on a bicycle with a white T-shirt, a hat on his head, short overalls on his legs, turns out to have been filmed by several cameras of businesses in Elbasan.

The journalist of " Ora News ", Elton Qyno, has provided some of the photos of the author during the moment, when he went by bicycle to the neighborhood where the palace of the two sisters Giovana and Alda Nikolli is located.

This person who appears in the film footage was caught by the cameras first around 02:00 midnight on July 13, 2024 while moving in one of the streets of the city of Elbasan. Further, his silhouette appears at 02:28 minutes, very close to the entrance of the building where the two sisters from Lezha, Alda Nikolli and Giovana Nikolli, lived for rent.  

He left his bicycle under the building and quickly went to the 4th floor, placing the tritol on the door of the apartment where the two sisters lived. According to prosecution sources, the tritol's explosive mechanism was a fuse.

After activating the fuse with fire, the person leaves quickly through the stairs and while taking the bicycle under the building, he runs away from the area in the direction of Elbasan hospitals.

For the last time, his image is seen at 05:35 in the morning of July 13, where the suspect leaves again on a bicycle, not to be followed and arrested by the police.

The powerful explosion partially damaged floors No. 3, 4, 5 of the building where the Nikolli sisters lived, who were not in the apartment at that time.

While, unfortunately, their 29-year-old neighbor Enea Thomollari was seriously injured while in his apartment, he suffered severe head injuries, leading to his death two days ago.

This event shocked public opinion because the young man who lost his life in this assassination attempt with tritol had nothing to do with the conflict that had arisen on the "Tik-Tok" network between the two Nikolli sisters and a hitman Nuredin Dumani alias "Luli ” which today enjoys the status of an associate of the SPAK prosecution.

The Nikolli sisters denounced Nuredin Dumani to SPAK for constant threats to his life from the premises of prison no. 313 in Tirana, submitting concrete evidence such as communications and filming, which showed that from the cell Dumani had full access to social networks, the Internet, TV, etc.

But the SPAK special prosecution did not take measures to intervene and investigate, ignoring the denunciation of the two Nikolli sisters. And a few days after that, the Nikolli sisters in Elbasan were placed a quantity of tritol in their apartment, causing not only significant damage but also the taking of an innocent life such as Enea Thomollari.

Only after the tritoli exploded in Elbasan and the event became big, SPAK immediately intervened in the Police Directorate and the prosecutor's office of Elbasan, reminding these two local institutions that already this event and the conflict that arose between the two Nikolli sisters and Nuredin Dumani, would be investigated by SPAK prosecutors.

The file was withdrawn very urgently from Elbasan to SPAK, being joined in a single case with what is called file No. 75 or as it is popularly known as the "Golden Bullet", where some of the well-known underworld of crime in Albania, including Nuredin Duman, are under investigation and trial.

But today, after three months of investigation into this event, SPAK still has not come up with a final conclusion, as to who is the identity of the person who appears on the bike and who is highly suspected of putting the tritol in the apartment where the Nikolli sisters lived.

The investigations are being continued by SPAK, although the footage in the file administered by the Elbasan prosecutor's office is clear.
