The arrest of two of Ervis Martinaj's "soldiers", Elvin Mërlika and Alket Xhixha, who were arrested in the Fusha Kuqes area, has not been easy for the police.

The police explain that their arrest was made in extremely difficult terrain.

Merlika and Xhixha were hiding in a villa, which, as can be seen in these images, was in an uninhabited area, but near a river.

The footage also shows a skiff placed in the middle of the forest, which the two people were keeping near their apartment.

Two firearms, two shotguns, two police radios, a bulletproof vest and combat ammunition were seized as material evidence.

For both persons, the Criminal Court has assigned the security measure "Arrest with imprisonment", for the criminal offenses: "Providing conditions and means to commit murder, in special collaboration with a criminal group"; "Structured criminal group"; "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization".
