In Tirana and districts, roads blocked by 'Car-Free Day'

This Sunday, the Government's decision on 'Car-Free Day' is implemented for the first time, conceived as one day a month, where their movement is banned in the centres of the country's main cities.

According to the Government's reasoning, in addition to saving oil, the car-free day also helps to have an environmentally friendly approach.

In blocked roads and areas, driving is only allowed for emergency cases and state police vehicles.

Roads where the circulation of tools will be limited:

Tirana

Boulevard "The Nation's Devotees" from the Interior Ministry to the beginning of the "Former Dajti Hotel".

The Boulevard of the Nation from the Bridge of the former Hotel Dajti to the intersection with the street "Ismail Iike".

The stretch of the road "Myslym Shyri" from the intersection of the Supreme Court with exit direction on the Boulevard "The Nation's Devotees".

The circulation of vehicles, emergency vehicles and state police will be made according to the movement plan below:

Emergency vehicles, State Police, Urban City Public Service and Taxi 4+1 will be possible for all time in segments defined at point 1 of this decision. For all other vehicles access will be on Ibrahim Rugova roads, Blv. Jean D'Ark. Blv.Bajram Curri dhc George.Bush. Traffic at the intersection of the "Myslym Shyri" road with ibrahim rugova road will be forced to the right.

These days, from 08:00 to 4:00 p.m., some of the city's main roads will have vehicle driving restrictions, except for emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire, State Police).

Rauf Nallbani Road – from Mother Teresa Square to the intersection with the "Skender Milaj"
Boulevard "Ramiz Aranitasi" – from the intersection with Vasil Pechuke Road to Europa Square.
Boulevard "Skender Xoxa" – from Europa Square to the surrounding sharraRoute
Dervis Hekali – from the intersection with the road "Mujo Kukes" to the square "Mother Teresa".
Berat

The roundabout axis "Ypsiloni"-circumcision "Bridge of Gorice" and "Osumi Shetitorja" will close.
