Just like every person's daily life, applying for the American lottery in the months of October-November has become an annual routine for the vast majority of the residents of the southeast of the country.

In all entities that offer online services in the municipalities of Korça and Pogradec, the application tables for the American lottery are more visible these days. One of the administrators of these points tells us about the number of applications, ages and professions.
 

" Even this year, the usual trend continues, it has even increased because the passport requirement has been removed. There are about 50 applications per day, everyone has applied, even journalists ", says Artan Zhiva, administrator of an internet point that also serves as an application center for the lottery.

Of course, the young and the working age, including those who are employed, have their eyes on America, and the American lottery for them is an opportunity that must be used year after year until they win it.
 

" I'm a financial professional, I live in Tirana, but I've been coming here to apply for 5 years, it's become a tradition", confesses Haxhie Culi , one of the applicants.  

The southeast of the country is considered one of the areas with the most winners of the American lottery and this has become a superstition for many citizens from other cities of the country who go to Korça just to apply.
