The user of the code "BFLSI 1" who is suspected to be the deputy Jurgis Çyrbja communicates with a person who is believed to be Edmond Koçi.

This is one of the most well-known characters of the world of crime in Durrës, known by the nickname "Mond Çekiçi".

It is the beginning of March and more than a month before Albanians head to the ballot boxes for the April 25 parliamentary elections. Koci is optimistic after having invested in other people so that Çyrbja was a candidate for deputy on the list. There he insists that he discussed that Çyrbja should not be 7th but ranked 5th on the list.

"I just ended your conversation because I have three hours with him, but don't talk to anyone at once. Don't tell anyone. Just don't talk about ruining our work. Pretend you don't know anything. That I asked for it personally. I love this thing, I told him, except that everyone loves it. I'll take you like that, he said, normal you the fifth, Liri the seventh".

Mond Çekiçi, would be executed in a mafia assassination a few days after the conversation he had through SKY with MP Jurgis Çyrbja. What constitutes a fact is the ascension to the list of Çyrbe. Not in the 7th place as "Çekiçi" had promised, but in the 3rd place, beyond expectations.

"Live and be great. Long live brother. NOOO. Long live brother, you raised our morale because we lost our minds", Cyrbja replies to Edmond Koci.

The list made public at that time shows that Jurgis Çyrbja was ranked third in the race for deputy, while the person referred to as Liri and who is suspected to be deputy Ilir Ndraxhi is ranked fifth.

"He has been given a very large territory and the crime money has multiplied. This money is very often returned to buy votes and more or less the representatives of crime are becoming the viceroy or direct representative of the sovereign", said Arben Braçe, former director of extraditions.

Despite these communications on Sky ECC, the former Durrës deputy continues to maintain a negative attitude. He insists he has never used the Sky ECC app in his life.

Despite his claims, the investigators are convinced that they have enough evidence to prove that it was former deputy Jurgis Çyrbja who was behind the incriminating conversations with the people of crime.

In the investigative report it is clarified that in those conversations, he is referred to by the abbreviations "J", "JUR", "JURI". The conversations belong to the 2020-2021 period, when he was a deputy and a confirmed candidate for the second term.

In fact, Çyrbja was surprised by this file after he had handed over the mandate of the deputy regarding the other investigation for the charge of land alienation while he was running the Durrës Cadastre.

Today, he is behind bars for telling secrets, supporting the perpetrator of the crime and election corruption. Charges related to transcripts disclosed above.
