"Ministry of Death", hundreds of citizens protesting the Oncology scandal

Protests in front of the Ministry of Health

Hundreds of citizens joined the protest in front of the Ministry of Health this Monday.

The protest was prompted by the scandal of the Oncology doctors, discovered by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana.

Citizens have also protested in relation to other problems of the health system in Albania, where among the most important are corruption and the lack of medicines.

A large banner reading "Ministry of Death" was unfurled in front of the protesters.
