The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that it is monitoring the situation in the countries affected by the recent conflict and will inform Albanian citizens of any updates.

The Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through a press release today, March 4, has provided important advice for Albanians who are currently residents or visitors in Iran and plan to travel from the Iranian state to Albania through Turkey or border points.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on all these citizens to immediately contact the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Ankara.

"Prior communication with the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Ankara is of particular importance and necessary to enable consular assistance and coordination with the relevant Turkish authorities, according to the latter's instructions ," the announcement states.

At the end of the announcement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that it is monitoring the situation in countries affected by the recent conflict and will inform Albanian citizens of any problems.
