The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has declared its incompetence over the file on the disappearance of Ergys Agas's seized wine .
The file has been passed to SPAK , which is expected to join the criminal proceedings for abuses with the National Anti-Corruption Agency.
It concerns around 600 bottles of expensive brand wine that were seized as part of the investigation into abuses with AKSHI tenders, but within 24 hours they disappeared without a trace from the wine cellar of Agas's villa on the outskirts of Tirana, while the latter's relative, Eno Agasi, was declared wanted.
At the time the operation took place, it was said that the role of customs or other persons and institutions that had the found goods in custody would also be investigated, and it remains to be seen whether SPAK will reveal the role of the persons responsible.
The value of the missing wine, according to preliminary calculations, results in over 1.3 million euros.
