Abusive prices on the Albanian coast are seen as one of the main reasons for the failure of tourist season during the month of July.

Many people complain about the price of beds on the beach, or even bedrooms. It seems that Theo has set a new record.

In a seaside town's "sulfalkedhiko" some tourists were left shocked when the bill came.

They are charged 40,000 old leks, or about 40 euros for 4 souveniums! A chicken souve in Himare costs 10 euros, while even in the most picturesque places of Greece it does not exceed 4, 5 or 6 euros.

With a bill of 50 euros, the holidaymakers would probably have had better lunch if they had spent it in the market.
