IKMT has taken action to demolish a building in Kombinat where 12 businesses operate.
The facility's administrator told News24 that he was notified two days ago that the building would collapse, noting that there had been an attempt 3 years ago.
" They said, 'Go meet the boss.' I told them I don't meet any boss. This is because I don't accept corruption, I bear criminal responsibility," the administrator declared.
He emphasized that the decision to demolish the business center was made because it refused to pay the money.
"The boss asked us for 200 thousand euros 3 years ago, Mariglen Qato, so that the building would not be demolished, as a tip, but we do not accept corruption. A few months ago, inspectors came here and asked us for 50 thousand euros for the campaign, they came on behalf of IMT," said the Administrator.
He added that the building will be demolished to build palaces, while calling on the state to "act on these IMT bandits."
"Two IMT inspectors came to me yesterday at a funeral lunch with the greatest rudeness. They left me a piece of paper and told me that in two days the building would be demolished. I went to meet them at the stairs and told them who you are. They told me, 'We are couriers, the boss sent us.'"

After we talked the day before yesterday, where I told them I wouldn't pay them a single lek, they told me to "go meet the boss." I told them I wasn't meeting any boss, but I would contact the Prime Minister. This is because I don't accept corruption, I bear criminal responsibility.
Everything is declared to the state, I give 11 thousand euros to the bank as a loan. This property is no longer mine for 11 years, but the bank's. It is being demolished to build mansions, from 5D. 3 years ago we were saved from demolition because we notified the prime minister. I bear criminal responsibility for the accusations that they have asked us for tips.
"The state should act on these IMT thugs," he said.
