Duman had the meeting with Çapjat to convince him that he was totally clean in this part.

Vetë Dumani, tregon se në takimin e parë i është shprehur se duhet të mendonte këtë ofertë, ndërsa nga ana tjetër kontraktuesit i gargantuan pagesën, armët dhe informacionin e duhur se ku qëndronte Sanxhaktari.

Madje i arrestuari, ka rrëfyer se pas këtij takimi ka mbajtur kontaktet me Florenc Çapjan, nëpërmjet “Sky” dhe “Encochat”. Dumani shton se teksa është larguar nga Çapjat, marrëdhëniet dalë nga dalë i ka shkëputur, pasi është lidhur me Arjan Spahiun dhe Erjon Alibej.
