This is Paulin Doda, arrested a few days ago by the police, after being accused of burning two luxury cars parked in Kamëz with gasoline.

The 26-year-old, a dangerous character with significant criminal records, is charged with the criminal offense of "Destruction of property by fire".

During the questioning by the police, Paulin Doda not only admitted to burning the cars with the alibi that he had argued with the owner of the parking lot, but also confessed that he planned to kill a person in Kamëz.

In this video provided by Prapaskena, it appears Paulin Doda, originally from Puka, who calmly overcomes the surrounding wall of the parking lot, douses the cars with gasoline and sets them on fire, from which it almost burns.


There are strong doubts that Paulin Doda, with a criminal record, could be used by any criminal group to commit criminal acts.

But the possibility that the young man may have mental problems is not excluded, since during his confession to the police he showed a knife, with which he claimed to have planned the murder of a person in Kamez.

The ease of attributing to himself a serious criminal offense such as attempted murder has raised doubts that Paulin Doda may not be fully responsible for the actions he commits.

Signs of irresponsibility may prompt the court to release Paul Doda, who is too dangerous for the people around him or with whom he may have contact, the Prapaskena portal reports.
