New details are emerging from Thursday's murder in Saranda's Gjashtë. The shooting death of Rexhep Ismail in the head at his gas station was followed by other shots fired by a person who was at the counter.

It is learned that the bar did not have a proper bartender as it was more like a family cafe where brothers and nephews of the family gathered for dinner.

Ismaili was also the president of the Chameria association in Saranda.

During the exchange of fire, another person was injured and did not show up for hospital treatment. The perpetrator who killed Ismail, Lulzim Tabaku, fled with the injured person and is being sought.
