The United Arab Emirates is revolutionizing healthcare with predictive intelligence, and Albanian Arlend Gjoni is part of this revolution.
The UAE is taking major steps towards transforming its healthcare system, moving from traditional treatment of diseases to their prediction and prevention through modern technology and advanced data analysis.
One of the most innovative initiatives comes from the laboratory “Prepaire Labs” with Albanian co-founder Arlend Gjoni who is using artificial intelligence and genetic analysis to identify health risks in individuals before symptoms appear. In a special interview for Forbes Middle East, at the four-day “Make it in UAE” summit in Abu Dhabi, Gjoni said that biological intelligence will be the future and change healthcare worldwide.
According to Gjoni, the new technology can help in the early detection of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular problems and some forms of cancer, giving patients the opportunity for earlier and more effective treatment.
The Emirates has invested heavily in medical innovation, with the aim of turning the country into a global health technology hub. Through collaboration between laboratories, hospitals and artificial intelligence companies, the country aims to build a faster, more efficient and more personalized healthcare system for citizens.
John believes that the era of "preventive medicine" has already begun and that such technologies will play a key role in improving the quality of life, reducing the costs of medical treatments, and extending the lifespan of humanity.
