The deputy of the Democratic Party , from the ranks of Reestablishment, appeared this morning at the Special Prosecutor's Office .

This is the second time that Baçi has been summoned to SPAK, since in November last year he was questioned by special prosecutors.

Sources indicate that Baçi will be questioned again, regarding the shares he has in the " Diamond Hill " tourist complex, which is located in the "Cold Water" area in Vlora.

Against the democratic deputy, a report has been filed in SPAK by the citizen Aredin Behari, a character who twice escaped the assassination attempt organized by Skerdi Tasi, Henrik Hoxhaj and financed against 80 thousand euros by Albert Pashaj, who has already been arrested by the prosecution.

During the years 2010-2012, Luan Baçi has invested around 1.5 million euros in the private company Geral AM, the source of which is unknown and has not been declared in the ILDKPKI. 

The DP deputy declared his wealth for the first time in 2012 as director of the DP in charge of the Road Transport Service Directorate, Fier. Baçi has declared 10 real estates, but not the investment of hundreds of thousands of euros in the company Geral AM.
