A powerful explosion was recorded in the early hours of the morning in the area of ​​the Institute in Kamza.

The incident occurred at around 00:55, when it is suspected that a quantity of explosive material was placed on the surrounding wall of the apartment of Democratic MP Xhelal Mziu.

Xhelal Mziu gave testimony at the police station and stated that he has no conflicts with anyone and that he does not suspect anyone.

The man was alone with his wife at home and fortunately the damage was only material.

It is learned that the apartment's security cameras were not functional, as a result, the police have not yet identified the perpetrator.

The police will examine the cameras in the area to see if the Kamza police station services will follow the perpetrator's trail or not. So far, there is no concrete lead to focus the investigation on this matter.
