Former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj has filed a new request with the Special Court, requesting the replacement of the security measure of "prison arrest" with another, lighter measure, by also offering a property guarantee in the amount of 20 thousand euros .

According to information, this time the request was accompanied by the unifying decision of the Supreme Court, which held a position regarding the application of personal security measures such as "prison arrest".

Beqaj is currently under the security measure of " prison arrest " as part of the investigation into the case known as the SASPAC file .
