He received 4200 euros to attend 2 trials for property and divorce, the lawyer is arrested in Elbasan!

A 51-year-old lawyer by profession was arrested by the Elbasan police after he deceived a client, took the amount of money and did not fulfill his legal obligations.

The lawyer, identified as Gëzim Kovaçi, took the amount of 4200 euros from the client to pursue two legal cases.

From the investigative actions, it has emerged that the complainant and her family had authorized Gëzim Kovaçi with prosecutors to pursue two court cases ( a property case and a marriage settlement ) in court, and had given him 4,200 euros, but he had not completed no legal action to pursue these matters.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
