The Police Supervision Agency says that the 48-year-old policeman was involved in an accident, while he was driving the car in a drunken state.

"The Police Surveillance Agency (Shkodër-Lezhë Region) has arrested Inspector VK, 48 years old, a police officer at Police Station No. 5, in DVP Tirana, suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Violation of traffic rules" and "Driving vehicles while intoxicated".
