Investigations into concessions in healthcare / GJKKO today reviews Klodian

Today at 1:00 PM, the Special Court will review the request of businessman Klodian Allajbeu 's Evita company , the American Hospital, as well as his closest associates and several other companies that oppose SPAK's controls and insist on the return of the seized items.

The requests will be reviewed by special judge Elsa Ulliri , who previously signed the control orders on Allajbeu's companies and close associates, including Onejda Ymeraj.

SPAK is investigating healthcare concessions, including the medical laboratory concession, and there are suspicions that, although it was acquired from another company, it is indirectly controlled by Klodian Allajbeu.

As part of the investigation, SPAK conducted inspections at the Evita company, as well as the American Hospital and several other companies that are suspected of being connected to each other. During the inspections, documents, invoices, contracts, mobile phones, and computer equipment were seized.

The investigations are being led by special prosecutor Dorina Bejko .
