The Special Court has returned to SPAK for completion the investigative file against former MP Asllan Dogjani , who is accused of concealing and failing to declare assets.

The GJKKO has given SPAK a month to complete the investigation. After the hearing, Dogjani told the media that he will not surrender.

"Today there was a normal session, the prosecution came, I told him what actions he had committed, the Court told him he would carry out these other tasks and come back in a month. Slowly, this situation is emerging that it was initiated by Rama, because I am not here because I have stolen, committed corruption and dirty deeds, but you are speaking and Edi Rama is in power, it is a crime. I will not give up ," he said.

Among other things, Dogjani also focused on the May 11 elections, where he accused the government and Prime Minister Rama of buying votes.

Despite the fact that he will no longer be a deputy in the Albanian Parliament, Dogjani said "I will be a deputy of the people, of those who voted for me, and I will do everything for them."

"I have faced in Kamëz in Paskuqan, in every voting center and I have seen how it was a real organization of vote theft. Edi Rama should be congratulated for the victory and the methods he has used since 2013. He has not changed in essence, despite the schemes he uses, the criminal groups were face to face with us.

Even Rama himself was faced with this machinery, the administration, the criminal groups, the money, the intimidation of voters, it was an uncontrolled theft. Rama's situation got out of control, because thinking he wouldn't come to power, he stole so much. Power is not maintained with stolen votes.

"Despite the fact that I will not be in Parliament, I am a deputy of the people, of those who voted for me, and I will do everything for them. The biggest tragedy is that Edi Rama has seized everything, is controlling everything. It is a great harm to Albania. And he has made secret agreements with internationals," he said .
