Erion Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, arrived at the Special Prosecution Office this morning.

Ajola Xoxa arrived at SPAK around 11:00 in compliance with the "compulsory appearance" security measure.

Erion Veliaj's wife appeared before special prosecutors on May 5, where she was informed of a new charge.

The Special Prosecution Office has communicated a new charge to Ajola Xoxa, that of concealing income .

She is also under investigation for the following charges:

“Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials”, committed in collaboration (9 times)

“Laundering of the proceeds of crime or criminal activity”

"Refusal to declare, failure to declare, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare."
