Another serious situation has been observed along the existing Elbasan-Librazhd railway line , where a railway bridge has almost completely collapsed.

The incident was recorded dozens of meters away from the Elbasan-Librazhd national highway, near the new road bridge at the entrance to the Murrashi bends.

The area is located about 12 kilometers from the damaged segment in Dragostunja, where the collapse of part of the railway infrastructure was previously recorded.

According to images from the scene, the bridge structure has been severely damaged, while the ground around it has suffered cracks and landslides in some parts, raising serious questions about the stability of the terrain.

The situation created poses a potential danger, especially if the collapse process continues or escalates due to further ground movements.

Until now, there has been no official announcement from the responsible institutions regarding the concrete situation, the measures taken, or the risk assessment for the surrounding area.

Residents and drivers of vehicles circulating in this segment are demanding transparency and immediate institutional response, while the situation on the ground remains worrying due to the damage caused during the works carried out to widen the road that is part of Corridor Eight.
