'Metamorfoz'/ SPAK demands 14 years in prison for businessman

SPAK rereads the claim for the " Metamorphosis " file, after the file was separated from the other defendants and subjected to a summary trial.

The charges filed are for providing conditions and means to commit murder, criminal group, and illegal possession of weapons .

SPAK has requested that businessman Pëllumb Gjoka be sentenced to 14 years in prison.

For the former police chief, Ardit Hasanbegaj , he requested 9 years in prison.

If found guilty, they benefit from a shortened trial and have their sentence reduced by 1/3.

The next hearing was postponed to March 9, where the defense attorneys' conclusions are awaited.

Meanwhile, businessman Pëllumb Gjoka , along with several other defendants, are being tried under ordinary procedure in another "Metamorphosis" case for the murder of Gjin Ndoji , also known by the surname Boriçi .
