NAME/ The Appeals Judge of the GJKKO who will review Balluk's appeal is selected

The Special Appeals Judge has been appointed, who will review the appeal of Belinda Balluku and her two subordinates,  Erald Elezi and Gentian Gjyli , for the lifting of the security measures imposed on them by a decision of the GJKKO.

According to the draw, the monocratic panel will consist of judge Miliana Muça .

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime registered criminal case no. 86 act, date 11.12.2025 registration, on the appeals of the appellants BB, G.Gj. and EE, with the subject “ Appeal against decision no. 118, date 19.11.2025 and decision no. 120, date 22.11.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime ” in the case of personal security measures

According to the draw, the monocratic panel consists of Judge Miliana Muça.
