BREAKING NEWS/ Former minister Lefter Koka released from prison after 4 YEARS!

Former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, has been released from prison after 4 years of being arrested in the incinerator affair.

The Criminal Court lifted the security measure of imprisonment for the Fier incinerator.

For the sentence for the Elbasan incinerator, Koka was granted conditional release by the Durrës Court, while for the sentence for the Tirana incinerator, he served the sentence with time in detention.

For the Fier incinerator, the case has been returned for retrial to the Appeals Court by the High Court.
