Adnan Xholi was also questioned by KLP members regarding the publication of investigative secrets in the media.

"It is a very bitter taste at the moment that quite a few investigations that we consider successful in our work turn out to be published in the media. It has not happened that during the investigation phase something like this has come out because the one whose work is ruined is the prosecutor or the court. We have the obligation to maintain secrecy, then the rest that is made aware. There are legal provisions for those who issue secret acts. We must be very careful about the form of communication. In my practice, we are forced to do the procedural side to stop publication. At the first moment, I am unable to identify who is the subject that issued it. There are third parties that issue it. I am of the principle that the trial should be held in the courtroom because the trial should be as objective as possible and not in auditoriums or on television panels. Why should the data be published in the media? We also need understanding with the persons to whom this act is made available. We will also seek the help of internationals, how do they do it and for them to embrace the best practices that they have and "We apply them in our Albanian practice," said Xholi
