The court of Elbasan has sentenced to life imprisonment the former policeman, Koço Buzo, who cruelly executed his wife, Liljana Buzo, in May 2021.

Buzo killed the wife with a Kalashnikov volley in front of the children, as the latter wanted to end their marriage.

The serious event took place at noon on May 6, 2021, near the court of Elbasan, after the court session for the divorce process between them. He did not appear at the hearing and was waiting with a knife and a Kalashnikov in his hand outside the Court of Elbasan.

The 54-year-old woman had just finished the divorce hearing when her husband, who was waiting for her outside, approached her and first shot her with a knife and then shot her 7 times in the back with a Kalashnikov, leaving her dead on the spot. . As soon as the incident happened, the author was neutralized by the people on the street and the police arrested him.

The murder of the woman by her husband, a former police officer in Elbasan, was a reported crime. Since 2020, the victim Liljana Buzo had denounced her husband Koço Buzo for violence and constant threats.

The verbal pressure of the ex-policeman had reached the point where he threatened his wife with murder, while the victim, every time she was mistreated by her husband, left the apartment while hiding the signs of violence so that the children would not see it.

This is one of the systematic threats that Liljana Buzo constantly received from her husband, Koço Buzo, a former policeman who served as a guard near the Elbasan court.
