A 32-year-old man lost his life this Saturday afternoon, as a result of an incident while he was assembling some scaffolding on the Shëngjin beach promenade near the Wilson bust.

Blue uniforms report that today at around 16:45, it is suspected that the 32-year-old with the initials ZL, as a result of contact with electricity, fell from the height of a scaffold and lost his life.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Police announcement:

At around 16:45, on the Shëngjin beach promenade, near the "Willson" bust, it is suspected that, as a result of contact with electricity, citizen ZL, 32 years old, resident of the village of Mërqi, Lezha, fell from a height and lost his life.

The investigation team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
