The village headman of Tushemisht was physically assaulted by the owner of a hotel in Drilon Park.

A complaint received by the VoxNews editorial office shows several people involved in a physical fight.

Regarding the case, the Pogradec police said that they have initiated proceedings against everyone, including 52-year-old Jetmir Muçllari , claiming that it is a conflict over property rights.

But according to the complaint made in VoxNews , it is alleged that Muçllari has expanded his activity in Drilon Park by occupying the park's spaces.

He has even gone so far as to destroy bridges and surround the entire area, blocking public spaces, preventing residents from passing through, the complainant says.

 

Although the problem has been reported for a long time, according to residents of this area, this has not yet been resolved, which has often caused the situation to deteriorate into violence.

The incident occurred in the presence of municipal officials, who were unable to intervene.

According to them, the head of urban planning was even present. Muçllari is the owner of the Voloreka hotel, which was attacked with gunfire in August 2020.

Police announcement:

Crime Investigation Specialists at the Pogradec Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings began for the citizens:

Ilirjan Tasellari, 53 years old, Prokop Pilinçi, 35 years old, Johan Muçllari, 26 years old, and Jetmir Muçllari, 52 years old, residents of Pogradec, after allegedly hitting each other with hard objects, following a conflict over property.
