Serious in Gramsh/ Tourist driver falls from Sotira Waterfall, dies on the spot! (NAME)

A serious incident occurred today in the Gramsh area , where a person lost his life after reportedly slipping from the Sotira Waterfall . 

The victim is  Robert Xhangoll , a driver for tourists visiting the area.

It is suspected that he was playing ball with other people and then slipped and fell from a height.

Police announcement:

On 19.04.2026, at around 12:45, at the Sotira Waterfall, citizen R. Xh., 53 years old, resident of Durrës, who was engaged in the transport of visitors for tourist purposes to the area, is suspected of having accidentally fallen while walking and, as a result, lost his life.

The investigation team is working to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case.
