An Albanian with an illegal stay in Great Britain has been handcuffed by the police after being caught in a "lawn house". Foreign media report that it is about Oetjon Agalliu, who had arrived in England by truck.
Despite being out of trouble in Albania, Agalliu was found at a house in Bentinck Street, Mansfield, looking after 174 cannabis plants, which would be worth £146,000 on the market.
He was caught by police after intercepting a number of phone calls, in which he asked, among other things, if someone he was in contact with could arrange asylum documents for another, offering up to £25,000. He even offered to pay sex workers to visit his home and offered booze and cocaine as "rewards".
During the questioning by the police, the 35-year-old Albanian stated that he arrived in Britain with the hope of finding work, while he was then offered the opportunity to work in the "bar's house".
