One arrested by SPAK and Antiterror made a public appeal for the commission of acts with terrorist intent.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 196/2021, after an investigation carried out in cooperation with the judicial police officers of the Anti-Terror Directorate, has been referred to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with a request for the determination of the measure of personal security "arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for the citizen under investigation G. Ç. as there are reasonable suspicions based on evidence that he committed the criminal offense of "Incitement, public call and propaganda for the commission of acts with terrorist intent", provided by Article 232/ai of the Criminal Code.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 31 dated 11.04.2023 imposed on this investigator the measure of personal security "arrest in prison". This decision was executed today.
