The Municipality of Tirana has opened the call for applications for soft loans.

The deadline for the first phase of applications began on April 20 and ends on May 19, while applications must be completed online through the government portal "e-Albania".

The program supports individuals and families who do not own a home, have a home at risk of collapse, live in overcrowded homes, have become homeless, or lose their home due to court-ordered eviction.

The criterion is that applicants must be 18 years of age at the time of application.

Also, single-parent families with dependent children, families with more than 4 children or young families, people with disabilities, orphans, returned immigrants and families of fallen police officers can apply.
