The General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has signed the dismissal of two police officers who appeared in the interceptions of the "SKY" application as being involved in criminal acts.

They are Henerigert Mitri and Klodian Shahini, part of the list of 50 arrest warrants issued by SPAK to attack 7 dangerous criminal groups in the country.

Henerigert Mitri held the position of director of the Lezha Police, while Klodian Shahini was the former head of the Illegal Traffic and Narcotics Section in the Lezha Local Police Directorate.

"There will be no place in the ranks of the State Police for anyone who breaks the law and, even worse, cooperates with criminal groups," Rrumbullaku said, among other things.

Excluded from the State Police are 2 employees for corrupt actions, serious discretizing behavior, serious violation of attributes, violation of competences and serious disobedience.

TIRANA, 20.05.2024 - The General Director of the State Police, Chief Madhor Muhamet Rrumbullaku, signed the disciplinary measure "exclusion from the police" for two employees, for whom the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has determined a measure personal insurance. Their exclusion from the State Police was made for corrupt actions, serious discretizing behavior, serious violation of attributes, violation of police powers and serious disobedience.

After signing the exclusion orders, the General Director of the State Police, Chief Madhor Muhamet Rrumbullaku, said:

"There will be no place in the ranks of the State Police for anyone who breaks the law and, even worse, cooperates with criminal groups. I thank the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime and the National Bureau of Investigation for their professional cooperation in joint efforts to crack down on organized crime and bring to justice anyone who tries to evade it."

Based on Law 108/2014 "On the State Police" and the State Police Regulation, the exclusion from the police was decided for:

1 - Head of HM, acting head of the Risk Analysis Sector, in the Directorate of Management and Direction, in the Department for Public Security, since on 15.05.2024, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has appointed against him the personal security measure "arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, suspected of committing the criminal offenses "cultivation of narcotic plants, carried out in cooperation", "structured criminal group", "participation in structured criminal group", "passive corruption of persons exercising public functions", "organization or exercise of gambling activities in violation of the law" and "abuse of duty", provided by articles 283/1, 28/4, 333/a/1, 334, 259, 197/3 and 248 of the Criminal Code.

2 - Commissioner K. SH., acting head of the Section of Community Policing and Service to Third Parties, in the Local Police Directorate, Dibër, after on 15.05.2024, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Crime of Organized has assigned to him the measure of personal security "arrest in prison", provided by article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, suspected of committing criminal offenses "providing the conditions and means to commit murder", carried out in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "structured criminal group", "participation in a structured criminal group" and "cultivation of narcotic plants", carried out in the form of cooperation that of a structured criminal group, provided for by articles 80, 284, 28/4, 333/a/1 and 334 of the Criminal Code.
