The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has decided to ban the publication of the prosecution's request or its contents until the end of the investigations, as well as the complete ban of the publication of this decision until the end of the preliminary investigations.

It is about the SPAK file related to the mega-operation where 50 arrest warrants were issued and 7 criminal groups were hit, consisting of well-known names in the world of crime.

"Given that non-compliance with the obligations set forth in Article 103 of the Code of Criminal Procedure constitutes a criminal offense under Article 295/a paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code under the heading "Disclosure of acts or secret data", we ask for the understanding of all journalists who more detailed information cannot be given by the court regarding this case", announces GJKKO.
