Journalist Artan Hoxha says that the investigation for the protest of 21 January 2011 will continue by SPAK and that it will include the call in turn of persons in leadership positions of that time.
In the "This Week" show, Hoxha said that so far the victims' relatives and family have been questioned, and other files have been joined, including one that deals with sabotage of the investigation.
He stressed that if we follow the hierarchy of responsibility, the process must be started by Skender Topi, former President of the Republic.
"After Topi, Sali Berisha, Lulzim Basha, the police directors of the time, as well as other important figures, including Ina Rama, former head of SHIK, and current Prime Minister Edi Rama should be called," Hoxha said.
"Then he will call the chain. The victims, the families of the dead. Other files have been taken and put together. It's a dossier for sabotage of investigations. If the hierarchy is to be followed, it must start with the call of Skender Topi, the former President of the Republic.
Then continue with Berisha, Basha, the police director of that time, Burgaj, Ina Rama, former shik head Shaqiri and the army service, today's Prime Minister Rama and the main organizers of that protest. What he deconsidates is what was released today, where he says shoot protesters if they get inside the fence. "The protesters were killed outside the fence," he said.
