Florian Marku will return to the ring on Sunday at the "O2 Arena" in London. The Albanian boxer will face Chris Kongo on March 31 in the weight up to 66.7 kilograms, while in the ring the duel will be with 12 rounds.
Before the match, Marku spoke to "Sky Sport" where he said that the opponent should throw "Knock Out" on the mat as he has no intention of giving up. Lushnjari adds that he is not at these levels by chance, "throwing down the gauntlet" of the challenge to the opponent.
"He showed a lack of respect towards me. He came as if I were nobody, interrupted my interview and I postponed it", Marku said.
"He likes to tease people. But if we tease him, he will stop. Now he has what he wanted. This is what he wanted. He wanted this challenge to happen and now he has it. We will see on March 31 if he will regret the choice he made", Marku told the media.
Mark warned the English rival.
"To beat me, you have to knock me out because I don't give up." I don't care what the challenge will bring, I will do my job and fulfill my dream no matter what. I know how hard I work, I know what I'm capable of.
We will see on March 31. I will show it. He underestimates me, just like everyone else has. Maybe that I come from another sport like MMA and kickboxing and I'm not really experienced in the ring, but they forget that I'm undefeated. When they are inside the ring with me, they feel how much I want to win, how different I am. Now I will prove to the people and Congo that I am not here because I was lucky", said Marku.
The feud between the two boxers first started with an altercation at a press conference last year. Now their rivalry will come to an end when they duel in two days' time in London.
We remind you that Florian Marku has had 14 duels in professional boxing, 13 of which were won by the Albanian and one ended in a draw.
