Luka Modric will be available to coach Massimiliano Allegri for Milan's next away match against Genoa. This match is considered decisive for the Champions League zone.

The Croatian midfielder has put his injury behind him and has been training regularly with the rest of the squad. Just three weeks ago, he underwent surgery to treat a complex fracture in his left cheekbone. The serious injury came after a collision with Manuel Locatelli on the pitch during the match against Juventus.

For this transfer, the player tried on a special protective mask during this morning's training session. With it, he is expected to contribute to the Rossoneri's big goal of securing a place in the Champions League.

The Croatian has been training regularly in isolation from the rest of the squad over the past two weeks to maintain his fitness. Also, the team's other midfielder, Ricci, suffered a sprained ankle today.
