The Albanian Football Federation has reached an agreement with the Italian technician, Andrea Tedesco, to take charge of the Albanian U-17 National Team.

Tedesco, who has a rich CV as a coach in Italy but also at the international level, will sign a 1-year contract with the AFL, as he will lead the U-17 National Team in the finals of the European Championship "Albania 2025".

The 39-year-old technician has recently been in charge of Napoli U-19, as previously for two seasons he also managed the Malta U-19 National Team. Also, Andrea Tedesco was also in the role of deputy coach at the Romanian team Universitatea Craiova 1948. While at the beginning of his career he also managed the Italian team Casertana.

The new coach of the National U-17 team, Andrea Tedesco, will stay in Tirana as long as he is in charge of Albania U-17 to be as close as possible to Albanian football and the Albanian Football Federation. He will be maximally engaged all the time to follow and monitor the talents and will immediately start work to prepare as well as possible for the finals of the U-17 European Championship, which will take place in our country under the organization of the AFL in cooperation with UEFA.
