The athlete Luiza Gega has qualified for the final of the Athletics World Cup, after an excellent performance today, even though she competed injured.

The 34-year-old athlete led for a long time, but in the end she finished third, registering a time of 9 minutes, 17 seconds and 71 fifths.

The final of the World Athletics Championships will take place on August 27 in Budapest, Hungary. Luiza Gega is currently the European champion in the 3000 meters steeplechase race.
