A serious incident occurred yesterday evening in the neighboring country, Italy, where a 27-year-old Albanian woman was found dead in Montecilfone.

According to Italian media, it is learned that the young Albanian woman was found tied to a tree near the so-called "Sheriff's Bridge", along the road between Larino and Bifernina.

It was her husband, a 51-year-old man, who found her, and who had started looking for her out of fear that she would take some extreme action. He was the one who called the police.

Police have questioned the 51-year-old, but he is not currently under investigation.

Italian authorities have also ordered an autopsy of her body, which will be performed on May 2, and investigations are still ongoing to fully clarify the circumstances.

The 27-year-old was the mother of one child and was separated from the 51-year-old, while living alone with her 7-year-old son.

She was known in the village for her commitment to work at a center for immigrants and for her strong bond with her son, who was described by everyone as the center of her life.

Meanwhile, authorities have stated that only an autopsy will reveal the truth, while at the moment there is no person under investigation.
