The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has declared that the Democratic Party will not form a coalition with Agron Shehaj's party "Mundësia", Endri Shabani's party "Nisma thurje" and Adriatik Lapaj's party "Shqipëria Bëhet".

According to Noka, the "Mundësia" party is Erion Veliaj's party, while the other two are, according to him, the parties of Rama and Alex Soros.

"Veliaj's party, which is this party. Alex Soros' party, which is Shabani and Lapaj's party, are Rama's parties... all other parties have the door open to come. I feel pain for Shehaj that he has been taken hostage, I would like him not to serve them. To serve the opposition," Noka said on News24.

Noka also spoke about the investigations that SPAK has opened against him regarding the issue of wealth. Noka said that the investigation against him was an attempt to take him hostage, to silence him.

"Even the issue that was opened to me, or other colleagues from the party's SKAP, was an attempt to take hostage. It was an attempt to take me hostage. But Flamur Noka is not taken hostage. Flamur Noka is not taken hostage as long as he is alive. They are clear now. But it hurts me, I see Agron Shehaj with pain because hostage-taking is a painful act," Noka said.
