The decision to close Tik Tok came after the serious incident that occurred in the center of Tirana, where just a few meters from the Fan Noli school, 14-year-old Martin Cani was stabbed to death by a peer. The conflict is said to have started on social networks, while immediately after the incident, the idea of ​​closing the networks was raised, especially regarding their uncontrolled use by minors.
